Oysters

Ok, one of favourite fish cuisine is oysters as a starter meal. Due to the fact that its so expensive in JHB (often up R17 for 1) I usually only have 3 or 4. So, a colleague of mine knows someone who works on a oyster farm here in Swakopmund, so one thing lead to another and now I got about 70 oysters in the freezer (to 'humanly' kill them cause the were still all alive) for free . Not easy to open but got the hang of it and so I had my oyster onslaught yesterday ! It was great ! All u need is tobasco, lemon, black pepper and a sea view....
